Robin is an accomplished director of photography and a skilled photographer based in Munich, working on projects around the globe. Long before he pursued his formal studies in media production and technology, earning a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Robin began to express his feelings and thoughts creatively through the art of photography. In 2017, he took a significant step by starting to freelance while balancing his studies as both a filmmaker and a photographer. His deep interest in conveying emotions through both still and moving images led him to Munich, where he immersed himself in the commercial industry.
Today, Robin is establishing a strong reputation for himself as a director of photography and a photographer within the commercial realm, creating emotionally resonant images that linger in the viewer’s mind—he strives to distinguish himself from monotonous and basic visuals whenever possible.
Film sets have become his second home and one of his favorite places to be, where creativity flourishes. As long as he has the opportunity to work with a variety of cameras to bring his artistic vision to life, he feels incredibly fortunate.
